Qualifications:

The Insurance Coordinator is responsible for assisting patients with the processing of dental insurance claims and management of relationships with insurance carriers. Contacts insurance companies and patients regarding coverage determinations and outstanding balances. Researches and resolves insurance billing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily attention to resolving insurance claim issues such as requests for additional information and denials.
Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and fee schedule. Complete insurance breakdown accurately and completely.
Ensure insurance policy requirements are being met.
Provide assistance and advice to internal staff with respect to insurance policy coverage and general insurance questions
Maintain knowledge of dental insurance and use independent judgment regarding coverage and insurance claims. Resolve billing disputes with little supervision.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications:
Higher Secondary (12th Pass)/ Graduation
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an insurance coordinator in dental industry
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance principles and practices
Experienced with US/UK dental Industry would be a plus
Strong customer service background with experience in managing customer calls and inquiries
