SPANISH CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

We are looking for candidates who are residents of Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Intellero is a virtual receptionist for dentists in the US. We provide a platform that allows dentists to outsource their call center needs, allowing them to focus on the things that matter most. We are seeking a passionate and dependable Spanish Customer Service Associate to join our team.

As a Spanish Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer calls, providing support and guidance to customers, and resolving issues as they arise in Spanish language. To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about the Spanish language and culture, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries in Spanish language

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all customers

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Spanish customer service or call center management

  • Strong customer service background with experience in managing customer calls and inquiries

  • Passionate about helping others succeed with high energy level

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English

  • Diploma in Spanish language is preferred

  • Comfortable to work in Night shifts.
